Daily reflection: Monday: November 30: 15

Matthew 4:18... this gospel is good for the beginning of Advent as Jesus calls various men to leave their fishing and join his company in order to gather people into the kingdom of God. He responded Jesus call immediately and he makes a promise to them by saying, “follow me, and I will make you fishers of people,”. Immediately they left their nets and followed him. Jesus had a plan for the men which they would only discover as life unfolded in the company of Jesus. Slowly but surely we took to heart the words of Jesus, the compassionate show that people who are carrying a heavy burden, his readiness to feed the hungry and heal the sick. After Pentecost, inspired by the spirit, he became a powerful force to proclaim the presence of God in people\'s lives and God\'s unconditional love for them. The people of that day, and today, meteor over and over again that God dwells within them, among them, and loves them unconditionally know where or what mistakes they might make.

Reflection: are you able to experience Divine Presence in your heart and in creation?

Prayer: Jesus, as you call the apostles long ago, so we are calling us today to be a light shining in the darkness, and by our actions and our way of life be revealed from family and friends and neighbors presence of God in our hearts, and the love pours out of our hearts the people after the manner of Jesus. Amen
